Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all IBEX garment tags and labels remain attached.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
